BioWatt are operators of anaerobic digestion/biogas plants which produce green electricity and renewable gas using organic materials such as crops, manures and food wastes.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be based around Essex and Hertfordshire. The role also offers a chance to train on and operate some of our other sites across the UK.

After completing training, the role involves taking full onsite responsibility for and management of a team tasked with the operation and three CHP biogas sites. This role involves periods of lone working and the successful candidate will be an excellent team manager, motivated and driven to work and overcome challenges unsupervised.
